Have you seen these before?

Here are a couple of pictures, and most of u may not have seen before due to your young age.... so enjoy.

The above shows some bus tickets which were used long ago when we still had bus conductors then. These conductors would have a green sling bag in which they would place the money, a stack of multi-coloured tickets as well as a stapler-looking hole-puncher. Those were the days when travelling on a public bus were not automated.
These are Japanese "banana" money used during the World War 2 Japanese Occupation of Singapore from 1942 to 1945. As there were no serial numbers on them, circulation of these money, which were printed illegally, was rampant. These money eventually became valueless. After the war, many people destroyed these useless money, and thus today, "banana" money have become quite rare.

The Mentor

First set up in 1994 at Potong Pasir, it started off as a tuition agency. However due to my passion in teaching, i started conducting small tuition classes. Throughout the years, I've tutored numerous students and friendships and bonds have been developed. The Mentor has seen its highs and lows, and I am still struggling to overcome several obstacles. Thanks to all students and parents who have trusted and supported me, appreciate it lots.
