I was at Junction 8 with my god-daughter Angel when all of a sudden, it started to rain cats and dogs. We were thinking," how lucky we are as we are already within sheltered premise." However, when the sound of the pattering of rain became louder, we looked around and realised that the ceiling of the 2nd storey was streaming out with sprays of water. The shopping centre itself was raining. Some people walked bare-footed while others opened their umbrellas. It was quite a funny sight. I have captured some picture on my camera phone.

The tiles were wet near the Nokia Shop.

A cleaner is seen sweeping away the water, he is seen here bare-footed.

People having a meal at Long John Silver enjoying their food as well at the spectacular wet floor outside the fast food restaurant.

Oh my, look at the inch high water. What's the matter with Junction 8? Poor architecture defect? Beats me!

The Mentor

First set up in 1994 at Potong Pasir, it started off as a tuition agency. However due to my passion in teaching, i started conducting small tuition classes. Throughout the years, I've tutored numerous students and friendships and bonds have been developed. The Mentor has seen its highs and lows, and I am still struggling to overcome several obstacles. Thanks to all students and parents who have trusted and supported me, appreciate it lots.
